Wychodząc na przeciw trendom ekologicznym, firma Haber stworzyła technologię produkcji przykrywek papierowych formowanych na gorąco min. do świec zapachowych.
Producenci świec, z którymi współpracujemy zastepują dotychczas stosowane dekle z foli PET nowym, przyjaznym dla środowiska wyrobem.
Wszystkie nasze dekielki tekturowe posiadają przyjazny środowisku certyfikat FSC.
Podstawowym materiałem do produkcji jest tektura GD2/450g drukowana offsetowo (CMYK + lakier).
Można zastosować też inne materiały np. papier kraft lub mikrofala.
Wielkość przykrywek w zakresie od fi 45mm do fi 103mm, ilość i rodzaj otworów zapachowych wg indywidualnych potrzeb klienta.
Dokładność pozycjonowania druku w stosunku do okroju i otworów zapachowych +/-1mm.
Ważnym atutem naszej technologi jest niski koszt formy oraz stabilność wzoru.
Kształt oraz sposób pakowania naszych przykrywek pozwala na zastosowanie dekli na automatycznych liniach aplikacyjnych, tak jak dotychczas stosowane dekle z foli PET.
Realizujemy zlecenia na przykrywki formowane z papieru od 25 tysięcy sztuk.
In order to meet the ecological trends, the Haber company has developed a technology for the production of hot-formed paper lids, e.g. for scented candles.
Candle manufacturers we work with are replacing the PET foil lids used so far with a new, environmentally friendly product.
All our cardboard lids have an environmentally friendly FSC certificate.
The basic material used for production is GD2 / 450g offset printed cardboard (CMYK + varnish).
The size of the lids ranging from 45mm to 103mm in diameter, the number and type of scent holes according to individual customer needs.
The accuracy of the print positioning in relation to the cut and scent holes +/- 1mm.
An important advantage of our technology is the low cost of the form and the stability of the pattern.
The shape and method of packing our lids allows them to be used on automatic application lines, just like the lids made of PET foil used so far.
We accept orders for paper formed lids from 25 thousand pieces.

Kerzenhersteller, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten, ersetzen die bisher verwendeten PET-Foliendeckel durch ein neues, umweltfreundliches Produkt.
Alle unsere Kartonkappen sind umweltfreundlich FSC-zertifiziert.

Die Form und Art der Verpackung unserer Deckel ermöglicht die Verwendung von Gehäuseböden auf automatischen Applikationslinien, genau wie die bisher verwendeten PET-Foliendeckel.
Wir führen Aufträge für papiergeformte Deckel ab 25.000 Stück aus.
